bake sweet potatoes until tender (around 350 for around 1.5 hrs), or boil them till soft

remove peels from cooked potatoes
add butter, salt and pepper to taste

drain pears, reserving the liquid
process pears until smooth in Cuisinart
pour in seasoned sweet potatoes
add cinnamon and ground cardamon to taste
process mixture until smooth in Cuisinart
use pear liquid sparingly if needed for easy consistency
adjust spices, as needed

pour mixture into baking dish
350 degrees for 20 minutes
