Col: The Sec'y of War directs that you send to this office, as
speedily as possible, Lewis J. Weichman and Capt. Saml. Coal
confined in Old Capitol.  Also that you send at once to
Surrattsville, or near there and arrest Mrs. xx and one
Capt. Samuel Givonn sending them to this office - search to be
made of the premises and letters brought.
