General:
I am informed by Brvt BrigGenl W. Hoffman that Major J.B. Castleman
and Lieut H.E. Mumford, C.S.A. - so called - have been ordered sent
from Point Lookout, to the Old Capitol, to be disposed of as the
Secy of War may direct.  I recommend that they be forwarded to
Genl Harvey, at Indianapolis for trial as spies.
