Paul's Sauteed Mushrooms


24ozmushrooms, sliced
4Tblbutter
2.Vidalia onions, chopped
1/4tspgarlic minced, more if preferred
1pilefresh parsley, roughly chopped
..salt
..pepper
1tracethyme
1chargechevil
1dashdill

Saute onions and garlic in butter until starting to sweeten, at least 10 minutes, more like 20

Add mushrooms and spices, including parsley and cook until mushrooms soft and small, stirring

Cover and let cook over low heat to let flavors merge for maybe 1/2 hour

Uncover, raise heat and cook down until thickened.
