Egg Drop Soup

1envelopeChicken and Noodle Soup Mix
3cupsboiling water
1.egg, slightly beaten

In medium saucepan, stir soup mix into boiling water. Cover, cook 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

Slowly pour egg into soup, stirring gently with a fork until egg separates into shreds.

Makes 3-4 servings.
