Lemon Chicken

..breading (flour or breadcrumbs)
2lbschicken pieces
..butter
1largeonion, sliced
..mushrooms, sliced
1canCollege Inn chicken broth
1canrefill with white wine
..parsley
..fresh parsley sprigs (for garnish)
..lemon slices

Bread and brown chicken cutlets and put in baking pan.

Brown in butter: onion and mushrooms.

Add one can College Inn chicken broth and one can dry white wine.

Pour over cutlets. Sprinkle parsley and garnish with lemon slices, reserving some for garnish.

Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Uncover chicken, then bake ten more minutes.

Serves six.

This recipe is very tasty.
