Take small pieces of dough and shape into pecan shape. Place on cookie sheet, allowing about 1 inch between cookies.

Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Watch closely. When slightly browned, remove from oven. Alow to cool and roll in powdered sugar.
