Wants Mulhall to Pay
Newcastle News Journal, 16 Jun 1905

Suit for $20,000 damages has been filed in the St. Louis circuit court by Ernest Morgan against Zach Mulhall, former general live stock agent of the Frisco railway. The petition alleges that Morgan was shot and seriously wounded by Mulhall during a disturbance at a Wild West show on the Pike at the World's fair and that was permanently injured.

Mulhall was recently convicted and sentenced to the penitentiary for three years but is out on bond.
