MULHALL'S WILD WEST SHOW TO ENTERTAIN CITY'S ORPHANS
Several Thousand Children, from Score of Institutions,
to Witness Performance at Coliseum Today

Chicago Daily Tribune, 13 May 1910

Orphan children numbering several thousand, from more than a score of institutions, will be guests this afternoon of Col. Zach Mulhall at Mulhall's wild west show at the Coliseum. Invitations have been sent by Col. Mulhall to the children in every institution in the city that cares for orphans.

The program prepared for the children includes races, lariat throwing and roping, and realistic reproductions of battles famous in the annals of the west. Miss Lucille Mulhall will give exhibitions, and the broncho riding event will be by Charley Mulhall.

The holdup of the Deadwood coach, the Mountain Meadow massacre, and a Mexican bull fight are among the other features. The Daily News band will furnish the music. President John M. Roach of the Chicago Railways company has arranged for special free cars for the orphans.
