DIDJA SEE TONY?

Ya shoulda seen Tony. Tony was the coach of the ill-fated Butler basketball team. I and some fifty others lost track of the game completely being joyously engaged in watching Tony. The adorable Tony. Tony chewed his fingernails. Tony bounced up and down. Tony pulled up his passionate socks at least twice every minute. Tony tied his shoelaces and then untied them. Tony had one helluva time. We had one helluva time. Ya shoulda seen Tony.

FOR THE BLIND TIGER
John Rose Gildea

Well...

It seems that some of the children went slumming. They saw 'orribly tough people. They danced with embittered, hard, enamelled women. For one night they lived LIFE. In the rainment of Solomon they penetrated the depths of iniquity and were a part of it all. Brave youths .. gallant youths -- No after all 'twas only the State-Congress. Well!
